This compact hob is engineered for an ergonomic cooking experience. This hob features an extra-large zone to accommodate large pots and pans (up to Ø 30 cm) and can cook food faster: its power surpasses that of standard induction hobs. The user-friendly touch slider control enables you to easily manage the hob and adjust all functions. These functions include slow cooking, warming milk and broth, preparing custards and sauces without overheating, and keeping dishes warm.
Stop&Go
Everything stops, everything starts again. Just with a gesture of your finger. Need to move away from the kitchen while you are cooking? Just by a gesture, put all the functions activated on standby. All you need to do is just press a key to start them again with previous settings.
Child Lock
Children always safe and protected. No worries! This function prevents the accidental switching on of cooking zones or extraction areas.
Timer
Switches off everything on its own. All you need to do is set the minutes and the countdown starts. At the end, it will automatically switch the cooking zone off, emitting a sound signal. Just press the ‘touch’ control and independent timers will activate in more zones at the same time.
Extralarge Zone
High power and large dimensions. This cooking zone is the solution for large-sized pots measuring up to 30 cm in diameter. A great way when you need to cook quickly: more powerful than any traditional induction hobs.
Warming Mode
Slow cooking, delicious results. Conceived for slower cooking preparations, ideal when warming up milk or broths, for the preparation of custards or sauces preventing them to overheat and keeping your prepared food warm.
Fast Boiling
For those who lack time. It is the solution for quick recipes. Just with a gesture, set the maximum power for 10 minutes and voilà, boiling point will be reached in 30% less time than it normally does.
