Barazza manufactures different types of built-in and flush-mount hobs that combine aesthetics and functionality, paying particular attention to design and technology. The proposals are divided into gas hobs, induction hobs, barbecue hobs and teppanyaki hobs. All Barazza hobs can be coordinated with ovens, sinks, hoods and taps of each collection and are available in multiple types of installation and sizes, including 120 cm hobs. The wide choice of burners and finishes, among which the 5-burner stainless steel hobs stand out, make these built-in hobs stand out in any kitchen environment, making them suitable for both modern and classic kitchens. The gas hobs pan supports can be made of stainless steel or cast iron, such as those used in professional kitchens.
AISI 316 Stainless Steel
Elements made of AISI 316 stainless steel, a completely recyclable, durable and highly hygienic material, extremely resistant to atmospheric agents and salt.
Extra-thick stainless steel
The 10/10 thickness guarantees AISI 304 stainless steel the sort of strength that endows a product with extreme durability, whilst retaining its characteristics unaltered.
Safety function lock
It allows you to set, by means of a combination of keys, a command lock, avoiding accidental changes to the oven settings.
Stainless steel knobs
Made of stainless steel, robust and pleasing to the touch, the knobs on Barazza’s hobs allow easy, precise regulation of the power of the burners or induction zones.
Ergonomic handle
It allows an easy and pleasant grip thanks to the Soft-Touch coating.
Safety switch off
Once the time limit for switch-on at a given power has elapsed, the hob switches off automatically so as to limit the damage from a possible memory lapse on the part of the user.
Induction
Heat is only generated on the bottom of the pan and is transmitted directly to the food being cooked. At 90% efficiency, cooking times are shorter. The surface remains cool for greater safety and to make cleaning easier.
Power management
This function lets you define and set the maximum power that the hob can absorb; by doing this, you can avoid the risk of energy overload.
Selective pan detection
The induction plate operates only if the hob detects the presence on it of metal cooking pots of suitable sizes, thus avoiding the situation of other objects triggering ignition.
Booster function
This reduces the cooking time of a single zone, increasing the power of the hob to maximum. It is especially suitable for heating large amounts of liquids.
Automatic Pre-heating function
This allows you to reach temperature more quickly: after having selected a power level, the zone will heat up to maximum for a period of time and then settle on the level selected.
Keep warm function
Set the power level at a value between 0 and 1, which lets you keep the dish warm without running the risk of burning it.
Residual heat indicator
The symbol H on the display shows that residual heat is present on the hob, generated by the heat reflected by the bottom of the cooking pan.
